Sick Plate Request

If you are sick in bed, we can provide a take-out plate for you. You will submit your request online and wait for an approval email. When you receive your approval email, you can forward or screenshot it to a friend or roommate. That person must bring your student ID card and the approval email to the Banyan cashier.
They will be given a brown-bag meal with the following:
- a fork and knife
- two drinks
- one serving each of two entrees
You are allowed desserts and salads but they must fit into the take-out plate and they should not be stuffed into the paper sack.
