Catering Equipment Rentals

How to Order

  • Two Weeks' Notice Required For Orders.
  • Order in person 9am-4pm Monday thru Friday in the BYU-Hawaii Catering office in the cafeteria.
  • Order by phone 808-675-3348 9am-4pm Monday thru Friday. Orders recorded on the voice mail message service are not accepted.
  • Order by email to


  • Cash or VISA/MasterCard payment accepted. State sales tax applied.
  • Orders can be picked up 8am-8pm Mondays thru Saturdays.

Rental Information

  • All rentals are washed and ready for use upon pickup.
  • You are responsible to pick up/return rentals in transportation vehicles that will hold all rentals safely and properly.
  • RENTALS FOR FOOD STORAGE, DISPLAY OR SERVICE MUST BE CLEANED OF ALL FOOD DEBRIS BEFORE RETURNING. Please rinse thoroughly clean of all food debris with hot water.
  • Return rentals in their racks or containers and properly stored, such as plates stacked facing up and glasses, pitchers or carafes turned upside down in their rack or container.
